Post-approval/Payroll—Upon approval, the department should update the individual's Personnel Action Form (PAF). If the faculty member is currently on the Undifferentiated Track and is being reappointed on the Clinician Educator Track, the department should process a Multiple Action Form (MAF) to reflect the job code change. Forms must be received by the OAA payroll deadline to guarantee a paycheck at the end of the month. payroll deadlines
